16 JanScared and Shoes and Globes

It’s 2am and I  can’t sleep because I am still freaked after reading Michelle Paver’s petrifyingly pee-inducing book ‘Dark Matter’ –  but tonight it doesn’t ‘matter’ all because the Golden Globes are on TV……. and they have a STILETTO CAM on the red carpet!!! Yes they bloody well do! Wake up all of you and come see!

It’s a genius invention – a world famous celebrity places her foot onto the outline of a footprint on the red carpet which is actually a camera…………… and delivers a 360 degree look at her shoes.

I am so excited I have just channelled Belinda Carlisle and sang ‘Heaven is a Place on Earth’ to myself and my pom pom slippers.

I used to know someone who crawled around on the floor at parties with a little Instamatic taking snaps of ladies footwear. I suspect he might have had a hand in this somewhat creepy sounding invention.

    Hi Anna May
I read ‘dark matter ‘ Christmas 2010 very scary! (although i found Margaret Thatcher even move creepy and scarier in the 1980′s , that why i couldnt go and see the movie)
I didnt watch any of the golden globes but good to see ‘the artist’ get some recognition its an amazing film

Mike, I am baffled as to what the other guests thought he was doing?????

Sarah, agreed – Margaret Thatcher and popcorn don’t go together!

I love the Golden Globes – great TV oggling all those hair dos and makeup and that”s only the men. there was far too many “nude” dresses. Whilst I am a true “Gleek” the lot from Glee are all taking themselves too seriously – they kept doig that thing where they stand sideways, thrust their chin down and and shoulder out to try and look like a celeb. Horribly pretentious.
